Terms of Use and End-User Licence

Last updated: 7 October 2026

These terms apply to the Signalball Client Portal, the Signalball administration and CRM system and the related integrations (together, the "Platform") operated by Signalball DMCC (DMCC licence no. DMCC-696001), Mazaya Business Avenue AA1, Office 2005, Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Signalball").

1. Access

The Platform is available only to people invited by Signalball: its staff and partners, and the authorised users of its clients. Access is personal and may be limited in time. You must keep your credentials confidential and tell us at once at info@signalballdmcc.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

2. Licence

Signalball grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Platform for the business purposes agreed with Signalball. All software, content, environments and documentation remain the property of Signalball or its licensors.

3. Acceptable use

You must not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Platform, try to access data or environments you are not authorised for, interfere with its security or use it for unlawful purposes. Signalball may suspend access in case of misuse.

4. Connected services

Signalball may connect the Platform to third-party services, such as Intuit QuickBooks Online for accounting. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. The connection is authorised by Signalball's administrator and can be removed at any time.

5. Confidentiality and data

Information exchanged through the Platform is confidential. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at signalballdmcc.com/privacy.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Platform secure and available, but it is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, Signalball is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform. Specific service levels, if any, are set out in the contract with your company, which prevails over these terms.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Access ends when your account is closed or when the agreement with your company ends.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless the contract with your company provides otherwise.
